1. Program Overview
Client Experience Accelerator is a 90-day hybrid group coaching program that includes curriculum access, group calls, 1:1 support, templates, and a private community. The program is designed to help creative business owners streamline their operations, implement systems, and save time.

2. Payment Terms
You agree to pay the full program fee as selected at checkout:
Pay-in-Full: $597 (Base) / $955(VIP). Payment Plan: 3 monthly payments of $229(Base) / $366 (VIP) If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all payments on time. Missed or late payments may result in suspension of access to the program materials and support until payment is received. No refunds will be issued once the program has been purchased. This is a commitment-based experience, and your results depend on your active participation.

3. Intellectual Property
All content, templates, resources, and materials provided in the program are the intellectual property of Virtually Done Systems. They are for your individual use only and may not be duplicated, shared, or resold in any form.

4. Access & Support
You will receive access to: The online curriculum, Group coaching calls, Private Online community platform, 1:1 check-ins and feedback (based on tier). Access is granted for the full 4-month duration of the program. All materials must be downloaded before the program concludes. This program does NOT include subscriptions to any tools including, but not limited to CRMs, Project Management Tools, Zapier, or any other 3rd party tools discussed in the content. Subscriptions are soley the responsibility of the purchaser to invest in.

5. Disclaimer
We do not guarantee specific results. Your outcomes will depend on your level of effort, commitment, and implementation. This program is educational and supportive in nature but does not replace legal, financial, or mental health advice.
